Health – the new obsession

An eye-opening report by a grocery chain in New England is a comment on the current, supercharged American obsession with health. Hannaford brother’s stringent standards failed products otherwise riding the health high ground (in the consumer’s mind) – vegetable juices, whole milk, tomato soup and fruity yogurt!

Hotels have been quick to capitalize on the rapidly-steaming trend of health & fitness. A recent study showed that 4 out of 10 US luxury hotel projects had a spa amenity..
