Something to munch about

All travelers weary of the microsize pretzel pouches handed out by airlines in the name of complimentary refreshments have reason to feel better. AA’s initiative is praiseworthy because it combines customer convenience with care! Airlines should take a cue from the hospitality industry where “complimentary” does not mean all the food that fits in a fist!
